Amazon should make an e-book reader app for the iPhone

If you think any of this gibberish looks interesting, you should poke around and subscribe to my RSS feed to keep up with new content.

What if Amazon offered a free or cheap e-book reader application for the iPhone?

If I designed it, you could read at variable text sizes and flip through the “pages” with a flick of the finger, just like scrolling through home screens.

Since the iPhone is constantly hooked into the internet, Amazon could integrate their store, just like they have with the Kindle. With the gigabytes of storage space on the iPhone, carrying hundreds of books around in your pocket would be no issue at all.

I bet Amazon would get a lot of business that way. I know I would buy it.
