Games Library
If you think any of this gibberish looks interesting, you should poke around and subscribe to my RSS feed to keep up with new content.
Since I lack the time and determination to automate my video game reviews and profiles and whatnot, I’m manually keeping tabs on all the games that I ever list in my sidebar as “playing.”
Basically, when I pick up a game I put a picture and link in my sidebar while I’m playing it, and eventually I’ll get around to posting my thoughts about the game. When I do, I’ll make that sidebar item a link to the post.
As long-time readers and friends already know, I have a habit of never finishing games. In 2006 I started a list of the games I have actually beaten. I try to keep it reasonably current, although that’s not difficult since I so rarely need to add one.
My point is: I score the ones I finish, and the ones I don’t finish have no scores.
When it’s time for the sidebar to move on to something new, I dutifully transplant the link to: here, my games library. So here are the games I’ve played and the thoughts I’ve thought about them.
- Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin
- Counter-Strike: Source (96%)
- BioShock
- Guitar Hero II (93%)
- Portal
- Half-Life 2: Episode Two
- EVE Online

Note: while I’ve made some attempt to stick to the Videogame Style Guide, I don’t hold myself to strict standards; this is my blog, after all, not a professional publication.
